What is a Psychic Medium?
A psychic medium is a person that has an innate ability to see into the spiritual realm and has a heightened intuition. Sometimes they are simply called “seerers”. This allows psychic mediums to communicate, see, hear, and feel all kinds of spirits and spiritual beings. This ability shows up differently for every psychic medium with varying degrees of strength in certain aspects. There are two widely known “types” of mediums: physical and mental (I use quotations because it is hard to categorize such an ability) . I believe that Spirit / The Universe gives each medium a different and unique specialty for their lifetime that coincides with their life’s purpose.
How does it show up in Kat?
I’ve been empathic and highly sensitive my whole life, but I knew I had something different about me when I was 16. Once I realized I was seeing into the spiritual world, It took me years to develop and strengthen the ability. Through this cultivation, I have found fulfillment and purpose that feels right in my soul. After learning Reiki, I realized healing and helping is the path I am meant to follow. I am a mental medium, so I use my intuitive senses and mind’s eye to see, hear, talk to, and feel spirits. I can not decide which spirits come through.
The spirit or person you want to connect with may no longer be residing on earth and has moved onto the next life.
I have an especially hard time with names, so keep that in mind for the session.
Sometimes when a person passes on, there is a time frame in which I can not contact them. (This can be anywhere from 1 month to a year)
Very often, long passed ancestors come through that you may not know.
The message may be mundane or something you often hear, but I encourage you to explore it thoroughly.
