The Emotion Code
What is the Emotion Code?
The Emotion Code is an effective method of energy healing created by Dr. Bradley Nelson. This method uses magnets, a simple chart of emotions, and your subconscious to find and release trapped emotions. It was designed to help emotional wounds, physical pain, and to strengthen connections. It is also possible to relieve past and future generations of trapped emotions that have been inherited. Through my practice of this healing modality, I have found that releasing trapped emotions from past lives to also be possible. I am endlessly grateful to have stumbled across this form of healing, as my clients (myself included) have found tremendous relief.
How does it work?
The Emotion Code works on the basic principles of quantum physics. Sub-atomic particles, also called energy particles, make up everything in the universe. This includes us humans, our emotions, thoughts, feelings, bodies, etc. These energy particles can be influences by many things like frequencies, magnetic forces, and electricity. So, when we don’t process an emotions, it stays in our body and gets trapped in different locations. This in turn effects our physical bodies, life, and relationships. Through using a magnet on our governing meridian (bodily network of energy), we can gather and release these trapped emotions.

The Session
You will be cleansed with smoke, sound or another method upon entering the space.
We will discuss any symptoms or areas that you would like to target and you will fill out the consent form. (note: we may not be able to release the emotions connected to a symptoms in any certain session as you subconscious mind dictates what is released and when)
I will use a pendulum or muscle testing to find what emotion(s), if any, can be released at that very moment. This will also be the time to ask any questions you have regarding the emotion, where or who it comes from, and when it was trapped.
Depending on the type of trapped emotion, I will run a magnet down your governing meridian (head and spine) a certain number of times and release the trapped emotion.
You may feel the release immediately, along with the relief of symptoms, or it may take days to months for the effect to be noticeable.
We will continue these steps until your subconscious mind decides that you are done for the day and you have released all your body can handle.
After all possible emotions have been released, we will discuss how you felt during the process and hold the space you need to ground and reintegrate.
Important Disclaimers
Symptoms from processing the release of trapped emotions may occur in the days or weeks after a session. These are quite common, but if symptoms become severe, please see your healthcare provider.
If you are pregnant, have an implanted insulin or pain relief pumps, cochlear implants, pacemakers, or anything else that can be effected or controlled by magnets, this healing method should not be used or used under supervision of a physician.
Multiple sessions is most effected with this healing method, as most of us have hundreds of trapped emotions. Commonly, 1-6 emotions are released in one sessions since this can be an intense process for your mind, body, and spirit.
